COMMON FRONTIER.
GERMANY AND SPAIN. (Received 10 a.m.) MADRID, June 30. A message from San Sebastian states that General Lopez Pinto and other high Spanish Army officials greeted a German officer ceremonially on the Franco-Spanish frontier. General Pinto, in an official speech, recalled the granting of German help in the civil war, and expressed the hope that commercial and cultural relations between Germany and Spain would be intensified over a common frontier.
