TOUR BY VOCALISTS.

VISIT TO SMALL CENTRES. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Sunday. In accordance with the Government's decision to give the larger provincial towns an opportunity of hearing the overseas vocalists who have been engaged in the Centennial musical festivals in the four main centres, Miss Isobel Baillie, soprano, Miss Gadys Ripley, contralto, Mr. Heddle Nash, tenor, and Mr. Oscar Natzke, bass, will leave Wellington to-morrow morning by aeroplane for Nelson, where they will present a celebrity concert in the evening. The vocalists will be assisted by a string quartet from the national Centennial orchestra.

The itinerary includes Gisborne, Kotorua, Hamilton and Whangarei.
