GOVERNMENT'S POSITION.
(Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, June 30. "The Times" Belgian correspondent eays the attitude of the Pierlot Government is not clear. All that ie known for certain is that the Belgian Government declared that M. Marcell Ja&par went to London without mandate from the. Government. His functions as Minister of Health have been entrusted to the Minister of the Interior, M. Vanderpoorten.
