SOVIET SHIP RELEASED.

HELD AT CONTRABAND BASE. (Received 11.30 n.m.) MOSCOW, June 28. It is officially stated that the British authorities have released the Soviet ■ steamer Selenga, which was suspected of having a cargo destined for Germany, and was seized by tho Allied contraband authorities at Hongkong on March 20. Another Russian ship, the Vladimir Mayakovsky, was also seized thcro at the same time. /■■
