KICKED BY HORSE.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) TE AROHA, this day. A broken shoulder and interna] injuries were received by Mr. B. Nelson, plasterer, residing in Te Aroha, when he was kicked by a horse on Sunday afternoon. It is that Mr. Nelson was endeavouring to mount the horse, which is owned by Mr. Lancelot Goodger, when he was violently thrown to the ground. He again mounted the horse, but the animal .shied, threw Mr. Nelson to the ground and kicked him on the shoulder and stomach. Medical aid wae summoned and the injured man was conveyed to the Waikato Hospital, where his condition last night was reported to be satisfactory.
