All Pretence Of Neutrality , Given Up. ATTACKS ON BRITAIN. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, June 20. Spanish newspapers have given up all pretence of neutrality and have launched a strong attack against Britain. Many Britons are keeping their bags packed in the event of emergency.
