The Auckland provincial billiards championship was continued at Barton and McGill's hall last night, when J. Shepherd defeated E. J. Goodhcw by 500 points to 4'>7. The best breaks were:—Shepherd. 2u, 34 °3 22, 24, 23; Goodhcw, 20, 23. 22. H. D. Brinsdcn will meet H. Itae to-night, starting at 7.30 o'clock.
