FLEEING FROM FRANCE.
DISTINGUISHED REFUGEES. LONDON, June 20. Refugees from France arriving at Irun, in Spain, say thousands are jamming the Spanish Consulates seeking visas to enter Spain. Refugees who have crossed the frontier include the former Polish Ambassador to Rome, members of Embassy and Consulate staffs of various nations, tho former Belgian politician, Dr. Paul van Zeeland, the ex-Empress Zita of Austria and her son Prince Otto, and the Grand Duchess of Luxemburg.
