HILLSBORO CLUB.
The annual meeting of members of the Hilleboro Bowling Club was held last evening. The report and balance-sheet showed that the club was In a very sound position. A donation of £10 was made to the sick and wounded fund through the Sports Queen. The members intimated that in accordance with a request to bowlers fur. ther efforts on behalf of the Red Cross funds would be made. The following offlcera were elected:—lmmediate past president, Mr. J. J. Preston; president, Mr. B. E. Bllkey; vice-president. Mr. G. ,W. Allen; Junior vice-president, Mr. J. S. McMillan ; secretary, Mr. J. Brand;' treasurer, Mr. A. Altken; committee, Messrs. H S. Anderson, O. Bigham, A. E. Clark, A. O. Fisher, B. Hoppy, G. Smithers, H. T. Sur- ■ man; green superintendent, Mr T. H. Stringer; match committee, Messrs. R. Dormer, J. Guegory. A. P. Neil; tournament committee. Messrs. H. T. Surman, R. Hoppy, J.. 8.
