HIGH TRIBUTE TO CREW. Passengers from the Niagara and others on the rescue ship gathered in tie latter vessel's dining saloon.last night while Dr. J. G. He paid a onerous tribute to the cheerful, untiring efforts of the Niagara's crew, and praised his fellow-lKlssengers for the quiet, philosophic manner in which they had accepted' the position.
