SHIPS DIVERTED.
PROCEED TO BRITISH PORT. (Received 1.30 p.m.) RUGBY, June 17. Tho Admiralty announced to-night that instructions had been broadcast to Netherlaud, Polish and Norwegian merchant ship* abound for French port* that they should proceed direct to a British port. This instruction was made by or in concurrence of the Transport Ministries of 'he countries concerned.
