REACTION IN HUNGARY. (Received 1 p.m.) BUDAPEST, June 17. Count Teleki, Prime Minister of Hungary, commenting on the French decision to sue for peace, said: "For the Germans it is an occasion for glory and satisfaction —for the Hungarians it is an occasion for joy. The Versailles Trianon has ceased to exist. Europe cannot pass this event without festive feeling and congratulating the German leader."
