SACCONS JVMFS WELL. . A dense tog interfered with training operations at fakanipi this morning. 0n tha outside grass Jack Tar and Satfher cpuld not be timed. Miss Valerie, Airport and Averdovey ran three furlonge In 38s. Armacourt. who was assisted over the first six furlongs by Bronze Trail, ran a mile in 1.45 3-5, and Lapidarian occupied 1.50 while going over the same ground. Saccone (Cleaver) and Windcress (Duncan) were schooled over three fences, the former being seen to most advantage. Windcress pulled up gore, and it is doubtful whether he will go to Waipa.
