FOUR HURT IN FALLS.

An injury to the left eye was suffered by a four-year-old boy, "Graham Shaw, son of Mr. V. D. Shaw, of Kiwi Road, Point Chevalier, when he fell on a. piece of iron yesterday afternoon. His condition to-day was fair.

When she fell at her home, Mrs. Agnes Hay, aged 54, of 33, Alexis Avenue, Mount Albert, fractured her leg, and a similar injury was suffered by Jack Lundon, aged six, son of Mr."Joseph Lundon, of Penrose Road, Penrose, whila he was playing with his brothers. An injury to the ankle was suffered by Mr. Edward Reginald Barry, a boat-builder, of 11, Ngapipi Road, Orakei, when he fell at home yesterday afternoon. The three last-named were admitted to hospital, but none i<s in a seriouo condition.
