WAIKATO HUNT.

OPENING MEET. i ■ (From Our Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Monday. The hunting season was opened in this district on Saturday with a large and representative meet at Ngahiki, the home of the master, Mr. Wynn Brown. The attendance included one of the largest fields in recent years. Hares were scarce, but two kills were Horses were rather green and there were a number of spills, but no one seriously hurt. After the hunting the field and followers were entertained by the master and Miss Rhoda Brown, assisted, by Mr. and Mrs. Ned Brown.
