DOBSON MINE MISHAP.
RUNAWAY TRUCKS CRASH. (From Our Correspondent.) GREYMOUTH, Tuesday. The Dobson mine was idle to-day as a result of a mishap. The haulage gear pulled away from its foundations and a rake of full trucks ran away down the mine again, piling up at the'bottom of the drive. No one was injured. The May Day holiday will be observed to-morrow and the mine will resume on Thursday. All other district mines will also be idle to-morrow tw May Day is an award holiday.
