Sigiior Ansaltlo, director of Count Claims newspaper "Telejrrafo," in a broadcast to Italian troops, said that Ciermany has now over 80,000 troops in Norway. "Wβ =oldiors of Italy, while doing full justice to the honour and valour of tho Allied soldiers, hope and trust that tho Germans will win," he said. "SijMior Mussolini and Count Grandi. in speeches in the Chamber, confirmed that Italy cannot remain indefinitely out of the conflict. We, therefore, are 'waiting orders and are ready." The Minister of Justice. Count Dino (inuidi, formerly Ambassador to London. in the dosing speech of the epring μ-smoii of the Chamber of Fascists, said: "We cannot stand outside tliis conflict. The. Italian people have a definite consciousness of their responsibilities and duties. We are behind 11 Duce, whatever decision lie makes."
