AIR SERVICE.
AOTEASOA'S FLIGHT. Arrangements have been completed for the inauguration of the Tasman air service. The flying boat Aotearoa will leave at six o'clock to-morrow morning end will carry 10 passengers and approximately 20,000 letters. With fine weather and other conditions suitable the flight to Sydney should occupy between eight and nine hours. On two occasions the Southern Cross took large quantities of mail to and from Australia, but the crossing that is being made to-inorr;>w is the first one of a regular eervice.
The Aotearoa has been checked at the Royal New Zealand Air Force base at Hobsonv ille and final preparations were made to-day for the flying boat to take the air earlv to-morrow.
