J. de Greer, in a broadcast, said that the Government, in the interests of neutrality, had decided to extend the state of siege throughout Holland, states a message from The Hague. The Premier, whose broadcast was relayed to the Dutch East Indies, said that Holland was ready to place her services at the disposal of belligerents.
