ONEHUNGA POULTRY CLUB.
» NEW OFFICERS ELECTED. The twenty-third annual meeting of the Onehunga Poultry. Pigeon and Canary Club was held last evening, the president, Mr. E. Wrigley, presiding. The balancesheet showed that the finances were in a sound condition. It was decided that the club's annual show be held on June 13 and 14. The secretary, Mr. F. A. Skinner, announced that the following North Island championships had been allotted to the club:—-Standard Brown Leghorns, utility Brown Leghorns, homing pigeons (colour classes), male and female. The election of officers resulted:—Patron, Mr. A. G. Osborne. M.P.: vicepatrons, the Mayor of Onehunga. Mr. A. Garside, Messrs. T. C. Schnaekenborg. A. T. Butcher; president. Mr. E. Wrigley; vice-presidents, Messrs. J. Nixon, R. J. Roberts. W. J. Brewin, B. Duncan, W. A. Hansen. A. G. Frankham, F. A. Dewhurst; secretary-treasurer, Mr. F. A. Skinner; auditors. Messrs. T. C. Schnackenberg, E. Wriglev; committee. Messrs. F. Langton, I. Ball', H. E. Welham. G. Peters. If. G. Goode, L. E. Rae, W. Xightingale, L. C. Knight. D. Simmons. T. W. Stephenson. W. Gnyan, J. R. Salt, C. Duckering.
