"HANDS OFF RUSSIA."
RESOLUTION REPUDIATED. (Received noon.) SYDNEY, this dav. The Federal executive of the Australian Labour party at a meeting in Sydney to-niglit passed a resolution repudiating the New South Wales Labour party's "hands off Russia" resolution which caused so much controversy here and which was subsequently communicated to Moscow. The executive directed that the resolution be expunged from the minutes of the New South Wales branch. Other resolutions were adopted refusing affiliation to the Communist party and declaring it to b«» an "anti-Labour political organisation." I
