Appearing Everywhere In Germany. FRESH FRUIT IMPORTS CEASE. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, April 12. Substitute materials are appearing everywhere in Germany," says the Brussels correspondent of "The Times." A daily dose of Vitamin C in schools and in the forces have replaced fresh fruit and vegetables, imports of which have ceased. Siegfried Line deserters say that the soldiers' food is deteriorating.
