NAVAL, AIR BATTLE.

At Mouth Of Oslo Fiord. LARGE SHIP SUNK. (Received 2.30 p.m.) STOCKHOLM, April 12. There are unmistakable signs that a nig naval and air battle is now in progress at the mouth of Oslo Fiord. Other reports are of a big concentration of British forces in Folden Fiord near Namsos. Two battleships, four cruisers and four destroyers entered the fiord at 5.30 p.m. yesterday, followed by a large force of air units. Two destroyers entered Namsos Harbour. Observers at Stromstad report heavy explosions, after which a large ship sank in flames.

Kamsos is about 50 air miles north of Trondlijem, on the west coast. Stromstad, in Oslo Fiord, is in Sweden, close to the Norwegian border.
