DEMANDING MORE.
Soviet Members Of Frontier Commission. TERMS OF FINNIBH TREATY. (Received 1 p.m.) STOCKHOLM, April 4. The Russians are using the RossoFinnish frontier commission to fextract further concessions from Finland. They are demanding more territory, despite photostat ic copies of the maps attached to the peace treaty. Also the Russians are demanding that Finland shall not fortify the new frontier.
