PAST PUPILS MEET.

ANNUAL REUNION HELD. ST. CUTHBERT'S COLLEGE.

The animal reunion of the St. Cuthl>ert's College Old Girls' Association took place at the college yesterday when many old girls and ex-members of Mount Eden Collegiate College were present. The patroness of the association. Miss L. Houston, and the vice-president. Mrs. Donald McKenzie. in the absence of the president, Mrs. C. C. Campbell, received the guests. At the annual general meeting, which was held later, and over which Mrs. Donald McKenzie presided, the form of war work to l>e undertaken by the association was discussed. It was announced that a generous donation had beeii made by tlie board of directors of the college to assist the old girls in this work. A cablegram expressing greetings was received from the former principal of the college, Miss I. J. Macdonald. A presentation was made to Mrs. O. Leighton on her retirement from the committee.

The following officers were elected: President, Mre. Donald McKenzie; retiring president. Mrs. C. C. Campbell; secretary. Miss Ruth Owen: treasurer, Miss Katie Melville; committee, Mrs. P>. Woollams, Mrs. H. W. Couldrey, Mrs. K. H. Cox, Mrs. S. Lamb, Miss Joyce Winstone. Miss Dorothy Winstone. Miss Tory Johnson, Miss Phyllis Coates. Miss Dorothy <iwynne. Miss Helen Wilson and Miss Denise Tainc.

In the evening a tea party was held at the Regent tearooms, after which the members attended a theatre. Special guests for the evening jvere the head mistress of the college, Miss L. Clouston, and the following representatives of the Mount Eden Collegiate School: Miss G. Erson (president), Mrs. D. A. Henderson (vice-president) and Mrs. (J. M. Gordon (secretary).
