Evidence was concluded to-day in the action Imfore Mr. Justice Blair and a jury in the Supreme Court in which Charles Alfred Knill, leadliaht maker (Mr. Coates) claimed £114 15/2 epecial and £750 general damages in re&pect to an ai'm injury received when empko'ed by Pbillippa and Impey, Ltd.
