AJAX AT PLYMOUTH. Tumultuous Reception By Citizens. TELEGRAM FROM ADMIRALTY. (Received 10.30 a.m.) LOXDOX, January 31. H.M.S. Ajax has arrived at Plymouth and proceeded up the harbour. The citizens of Plymouth gave a tumultuous reception to the Ajar, in response to an invitation from the Commander-in-Chief of the Western Approaches to join in a welcome to mark the warship's part in the defeat of the Graf Spee. The Admiralty has telegraphed to the Ajax congratulations on its safe return home. "
