BERLIN BOURSE DEALINGS. LONDON, January 31. Business on the Berlin Bourse is almost at a standstill, says the Amsterdam corresporident of the "Financial Times." The only buyers are large enterprises. Possibly taxation will curtail the purchasing power of the public to such an extent that nobody will be able to buy securities.
