U.S. CITIZENSHIP.
Americans Enlisting In Foreign Armies. OATH OF ALLEGIANCE. (Kecolveil 12.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, January 26. President Roosevelt, at a Press conference, said that Americans enlisting for foreign armies would sacrifice United States citizenship only if they -were taking the oath of allegiance to a foreign Power. If thev refuse to take the oath, then they retain their citizenship.
