Before the war Flying-Officer Burbidge was flying instructor to the Otago Aero Club. The Rev. L. D. C. Groves, vicar of the Anglican parish of Mataura, Edciulalc, Wyndham and Fortrose. who is a NewZealand Army chaplain, has received orders to proceed to Burnham military camp as a padre. Mr. Groves was formerly curate under Bishop Fitchett at St. John's Church, Roslyn. The Rev. Dr. J. G. lnkster, of Toronto, who has been supplying St. John's Presbyterian Church, Wellington, has left on a short tour of the North Island which will include Hastings, Napier, several of the Presbyterian Maori mission stations, the Rotorua district and Waitomo. He is accompanied bv Mrs. lnkster.
