MOTORIST BEFORE COURT. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) TAUMARUXUI, Friday. Owing to a conflict of medical evilenee a charge of being intoxicated n charge of a car preferred against Dwen William Hughes, was dismissed \v Mr. n. M. Watson. S.M.. in the Taumarunui Police Court. Mr. K. C. Aekins appeared for defendant. Three constables and a doctor gave evidence ■hat accused was unfit, to drive at loon, while anothe.r doctor deposed th.it iccused was sober an hour later and :ould not have been intoxicated at loon.
