Owing to the watersidere' picnic there will be no work at the port of Oneliunga to-morrow. Sheds will be closed and the port will have a "shut-down'' day.
Waimarino, Union Company steamer, is duo at Auckland at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning: from Wellington. She will load hero for Wellington, Picton, Lytte.lton, Duneilin and Bind on Thursday. Waiaiia, of tlie same company, left Dunedin last night for this port. Kakapo, Union Company vessel, is du& at Auckland at 7 o'clock to-morrow morning from Westport. The Government lighthouse steamer Matai, which was berthed at Prince's wharf, nailed vestc.rday for the northern lighthouses. Margaret W. will sail to-night for the East t'oast. (F. Co-op.) Hauturu is scheduled to leave Picton to-ni<rht and is due at Oneliunga on Thursday morning. (X.S.S. Co.) Ronaki sailed la*t evening from One.hunga for Raglan and Kawhia, hut sheltered at the Manukau Heads as the> bar was not workable. She was scheduled to return to-morrow, but will not arrive at Onehunjja again until Thursday, when she'will load for Oneliunga.
