LONDON BUSINESS PROBLEM. (Received 12.20 p.m.) RUGBY, January 12. In a letter Which Hie Minister for Home SfeeUfity, Sir John Anderson, has aoilt to the London Chamber of Com-1 iiieree, in reply to a request for guidance as to whether evacuated business staffs should return to London, Sir John slates that ill the view of the Government the factors in the geileral situation which led to the transference of business, to safer areas at the outbreak of the war remain unchanged, and should be given the same weight as in September last. .
