AUSTRALIANS DO WELL
MEETING AT WANGAKUI

WANTrANUI, Wednesday.
The three Australian* cyclists appeared at Wanganui at an athletic meeting tonight and competed with Wellington and Wanganui cyclists. The mile handicap was won by L. Hayward (Bulls), J. Walsh (Australia) being sewnd, and K. Stewart (Australia) third. Time, 2.5 4-5. The mile scratch race resulted in the three Australians getting the places, Walsh, Stewart and H. Clayton finishing in that order. Time, 2.5. In the 500 metres match race Stewart beat Clayton with G. Pennington (Wellington) third.
