DETERMINED TO HOLD EVENT (Received It a.m.) HELSINKI, December 20. In a message to working-class youth? throughout the world, the Finnish Workers' Athletic League declares that Finland is determined to try to retain the 15)40 Olympic Games and also the 1943 Workers' Olympiad, but adds: **We must first trv to drive the barbarous invader from Finland.''
