CAUSING UNEMPLOYMENT.
Apparently some unions are concerned at the longer hours, etc., worked by oneman -workshop owners, thereby causing unemployment in the ranks of unionists. Why not unionise these workshop owners? I would al*o fittest that the oiking husband and wife be compelled to subscribe to a special fund to provide, say, an up-to-date St. Helens Hospital or a, specially constructed motor car speedway (a cage), where tliey would be more readily recognised by their workmates and friend-. I regard this latter class of worker as » greater cause of unemployment than Ihe one-man workshop owners, but the husband and wife workers are unionists, are they aott MENTALLY SICKENED.
