Concussion and facial abrasions were suffered by Mr. Xeil Galbraithe, .tged 33, of 124, Ladies' Mile, Ellerslie, when the fork of his bicycle collapsed when he was cycling along Ladies' Mile towards Ellerslie shortly before 8 o'clock this morning.
