REHANDICAPS DECLARED. The following rehandicaps for the first day of the Avondale Jockey Club's second spring meeting on Saturday have been declared by Mr. F. J. McManemin: — Rangitoto Hurdles.—Royal Abb, 141b, making 10.0. Three Kings Hack Handicap. — High Delight, 21b, making 8.9. Nihotupu Hack Handicap. — High Delight, 21b, making 8.9; Royal Tray, 31b, making 8.4: Bronze Step, 41b, making 7.11. Electric Handicap.—-Bachelor King, 41b, making 7.5. Orate will not be rehandicapped.

A fracture to the left leg was suffered by Mr. A. Tinker, a well-known Takanini horse trainer, at Whangarei at about 5.30 p.m. last Saturday, aa the result of a fall. Mr. Tinker wa« admitted to the Wfoangarei District Hospital and later brought down to the Auckland Hospital.
