FOR SECOND ECHELON. REPORT TO BURNHAAI CAMP. A number of medical officers havo lteen selected for service with the second echelon of the special mdlitarv force, and will report on December 2 to the Burnho.ni military eanvp. Christehurch. The doctors concerned will 'be attached to the sth Field Ambulance, New Zealand Medica-l Corps. The liftt, which was issued to-day by the military authorities, is as follows: Lieutenant-Colonel H. S. Kenrick (0.C.), Lieutenant ft. B. Palmer, Q.M.-Lieu tenant W. M. Duncan, 'Major A. L. Noakes (0.C.» A Company). Lieutenant F. P. Furkert. Captain T. de Clive-Lowe (0.C., B Company), Lieutenant R. F. Witeon, Lieutenant L. S. Rogers.
