N.Z. Flyer Earlier Reported Missing. SIXTH E.A.F. CASUALTY LIST. (Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, October 19. The sixth R.A.F. casualty list contains the names of 13 killed in action and seven who died on active service. Two who are missing are believed to have been killed. There are nine insThose killed on active service include Pilot-Officer B. L. G. Harker, from Wairoa, Xew Zealand, who was killed in action. He was previously reported as missing.
