SNOOKER.
The Auckland provincial amateur snooker tourney for the Billiards, Limited, Cup was continued last night, when J. Proctor beat G. Hogan, 52—34, 53—8, and L. F. W. Holdsworth, the title-holder, beat W. Whyie, 29—58. 64—39. 65—40. The semi-finals will be played on Tuesday, L. F. W. Holdsworth playing J. Proctor, and R. Carrick meeting It. Whitford.
