BOYS' BRIGADE.
CARD EVENING HELD. , The Papatoetoe Boys' Brigade held a successful bridge and 500 evening in the St. George's Parish Hall la«t night. The function was arranged by Mrs. Parker Hill and the mothers cf the boys, assisted by Messj-s. C. J. Lovegrove, E. H. Burton, L. Kendall, Edmonds, Richards and Reynolds. Card winners were: Bridge, lady, Mrs. Stacey; gentleman, Mr. Stacey; hidden number, Mrs. MeNeeley. Five hundred, Mrs. Jarrett and Mr. Elliott; hidden number, Mrs. Simon.
