PARIS, October 17.
Prince von Starhcmberg. former Austrian Vice-Chancellor and leader of the Heimwehr, ridicules Germany's deprivation of his German nationality on the ground that he never was a (Jerman. The Nazis were his worst enemies.
He declared that his task was now to unite all Austrians to work for the liberation of the Danube basin.
