RECREATION FACILITIES.
AIR FORCE TRAINING SCHOOL.
NEW PLYMOUTH, Tuesday. At the No. 2 elementary flying training school of the Royal New Zealand Air Force at New Plymouth airport a concrete open swimming pool i 3 almost finished. Two billiards rooms are included in the living quarters, while a theatre, which is equipped for sound turns, is not far from completion. Provision is to be made for a playing area for football and cricket, and the golf course formed by the golf committee of the New Plymouth Aero Club needs no preparation. It is expected that tennis courts will also be included among the facilities.
