PHILISTINE REVEL.
The Operatic rooms were filled on Saturday night when the Philistine Clnl) held a successful revel. Mr. T. Clifton W ebb was the chairman. The programme comprised:—Son«s, Mrs. Constance Manning; child impersonation, "Busy." Mr. A lick McSkinuning; instrumental trio, Mrs. •I. A. Macjicill, Miss Bcttv ronton, Mr. L. Saunders; character study of Dopey, Miss Kathleen Lennox; sketch, "And So to Bed." Mrs. J. W. Bailev, Miss Bona Petty. Mr. J. W. Bailey and Mr. A. McSkimming. The accompanist was Mi. .Alf Boycc.
