Treatment Of Germans In Rumania. AGREEMENT REACHED. (Received 10..T0 a.m.) BUCHAREST, September 17. A Rumanian news agency states that complete agreement lias been reached between the (lovernment and the German minority loaders concerning the treatment of the German minority. Nazi representatives expressed satisfaction at # the Government's measures, which were verified in the course of a visit to the minority districts.
