A novelty for the living-room, bedroom or nursery. It may he made of any stout, white or <jiev pasteboard that is stiff enough to hold its shape, but not so stiff that it cannot, ix bent quite easily.
Draw the pnllmi of the owl 011 pastelxiard lOin by 12in by drawing the outlines of the owl and the edges. A Take the lin squares as suggested and transf-r the curves jn their -true relation. Out the first one for .a pattern and mark the other three hy it. Be sure tlie bottom end is folded half inch square and l>v the (lotted lines. .Make a base of any Jin wood <»Ai n square and quarter round the edges. Paint the four pasteboard owls and the base white. Reproduce lines as
