RIDDLE IN RHYME.

My third is in killing, but not in dead, My fourth is in blanket, but not in bed. My fifth is in Thomas, but not in Jim, My sixth is in Ivan, but not in Tim. My seventh's in ten, but not in eight, My eighth is in fig. but not in date, My whole is something in winter we do, With a ball of wool and needles too. An s wer—Knitting.
