BUILDING OF CAMPS.
COMPLETE WITHOUT DELAY. I lirltisli Official Wirelcsß. (ltecciveil 10 a.m.) RLMJBY, September 14. The Minister of Health, Mr. Walter Klliot, lias informed the National (.'amps Corporation, which is building the camps provided for ill the recent Camps Act, that in the present circumstances the camps should be completed without delay. Two of the camps are on the point of being opened and 25 are under construction.
