BRADFORD WOOL TOPS.
NO BUSINESS PASSING. (Received 11.."50 a.m.) LONDON, September 14. There is no business passing in tops on the Bradford market and only occasional transactions in yarns at appreciably higher prices. I opniakers and spinners are reluctant to sell until they know the basis of the prices to be paid for the new Australian clip.
